Data management in Data & Constraints module

This page describes how to handle data and grids in Axiodis especially for the data and constraints module.


How to create data?


  1. Click on button  to create new data
  2. Mandatory values are displayed in bold red with asterisk icon « * » (validation button is disabled until all mandatory values are informed)
  3. Updated values are displayed in bold blue
  4. Corresponding icons (new data, mandatory value, …) are displayed in the grid
  5. Click on button  to validate data creation (or button  to cancel data creation)


How to delete data?


  1. Select data to delete in the grid (1 or several lines)
  2. Click on button  to delete data
  3. Corresponding icon (deleted line) is displayed in the grid
  4. Click on button  to validate data deletion (or button  to cancel data deletion)


Notes

  • Warnings can be displayed for the user if some relations between objects are detected by the system (ex: delete a site which has a reference with a group site)
  • The system only applies a logical deletion on data so they can be displayed and reactivate if necessary (see "Active / Inactive" documentation for further details)


How to update data?


  1. Select data to update in the grid (1 or several lines)
  2. Common values are displayed in a white background with value
  3. Different values are displayed in a yellow background without value
  4. Updated values are displayed in bold blue
  5. Corresponding icon (updated line) is displayed in the grid
  6. Click on button  to validate data updates (or button  to cancel data updates)
