This page describes how to use Axiodis Lite version

Axiodis Lite access and authentication



  • Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla firefox, ...)
  • Launch Axiodis Lite with the the dedicated url (ex : http://AxiodisLite.com)
  • In the webportal displayed, authenticate in Axiodis by informing your login and password (see with your administrator or contact Maplink if necessary)

  • Then click to the menu "Data and constraints" to access to data management


Create and define your fleet


Create your fleet

You can create and define your fleet manually in Axiodis or import your fleet with a CSV file.


Import trucks and vehicle typologies with a CSV file

Download the excel file "XX - Import Trucks + Typologies.xlsm"

Inform the file with data about your trucks (ID, ...) and vehicle typologies (capacity, size, ...)

Use the option "Export CSV" to generate the correspondind file

Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources / Trucks"

Click on button  to import data, then choose the file to import ("XX - Import Trucks + Typologies.csv" ) and refresh the screen if necessary with the button  to check data imported


Manual definition of trucks & vehicle typologies










  1. Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources / Trucks"
  2. Click on button  to create new truck
  3. Mandatory values are displayed in bold red with asterik icon « * » (validation button is disabled until all mandatory values are informed)
  4. Updated values are displayed in bold blue
  5. Corresponding icons (new data, mandatory value, …) are displayed in the grid
  6. Click on button  to validate truck creation (or button  to cancel)

Define trucks availibility (calendars)

You can define your fleet availibilty manually in Axiodis or import your fleet with an Excel file.


Import trucks calendars with an Excel file

1Download the excel file "TrucksCalendars.xls"

Inform the file with data with :

  1. Date of the beginning of the week (monday)
  2. Time windows for trucks availibility

3Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources / Trucks"
4Click on button  to import data, then choose the file to import ("TrucksCalendars.xls" ) and refresh the screen if necessary with the button  to check data imported


Manual definition of trucks availability


  1. Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources / Trucks"
  2. Click on tab "Calendars"
  3. Choose the display mode for the calendar (week or month)
  4. Click on button  or double click on the calendar to create a new time window for truck availabilty (more details can be defined in the time window with option "Details")
  5. Click on button  to validate (or button  to cancel)

Check vehicle typologies

  • Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources / Vehicle typologies"
  • Check attributes and constraints for vehicle typologies : capacities, sizes, characteristics, ...

Check transport regulation

  • Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources / Legslisation profiles"
  • Check attributes and constraints for transport regulation : driving time, working time, ...


Import your orders and clients


Import your orders and clients

1Download the excel file "XX - Import Orders + Sites.xlsm" TODO UPLOAD FILE
2Inform the file with data about your orders (ID, Quantities, ...) and logistic sites (ID, address, ...)

3Use the option "Export CSV" to generate the correspondind file
4Go to the "Planning" module and open perspective "Transport Operations" in the menu "Perspectives"

Click on button  to import orders, then choose the file to import ("XX - Import Orders+ Sites.csv" ) and refresh the screen if necessary with the button  to check data imported

You can check if import process worked fine by opening "Events logs" view with menu "Perspectives / Windows / Others" and choose "Events logs" in folder "Others".

According to level status value :

  • Information : Import process was done normally without any warning or errors
  • Warning : Import process was done but with some warning (double click on the line to have more details or contact your administrator or Maplink)
  • Error : Import process was not done because of some errors during the process (double click on the line to have more details or contact your administrator or Maplink)


Check logistic sites

  • Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Logistic sites / Logistic sites"
  • Check attributes and constraints for Logistic sites : map position, logistic constraints, time constraints, ...

Check logistic constraints

  • Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Logistic sites / Logistic profiles"
  • Check attributes and constraints for Logistic constraints : map position, logistic constraints, time constraints, ...
  • Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Logistic sites / Time profiles"
  • Check attributes and constraints for time constraints : service times, access constraints, ...
