Quick Start Guide for Axiodis Lite
This page describes how to use Axiodis Lite version
Axiodis Lite access and authentication
- Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla firefox, ...)
- Launch Axiodis Lite with the dedicated url (ex : http://AxiodisLite.com)
- In the webportal displayed, authenticate in Axiodis by inputing your login and password (see with your administrator or contact Maplink if necessary)
- Then click the menu "Data and constraints" to access the data management
Create and define your fleet
Create your fleet
You can create and define your fleet manually in Axiodis or import your fleet with a CSV file.
Import trucks and vehicle typologies with a CSV file
N° | Step | Details |
---|---|---|
1 | Download the excel file "20 - Import TRUCKS + TYPOLOGIES.xlsm" | |
2 | Inform the file with data about your trucks (ID, ...) and vehicle typologies (capacity, size, ...) | |
3 | Use the option "Export CSV" to generate the corresponding file | |
4 | Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Resources / Trucks" | |
5 | Click on button to import data, then choose the file to import ("XX - Import Trucks + Typologies.csv" ) and refresh the screen if necessary with the button to check data imported |
Manual definition of trucks and vehicle typologies
- Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Resources / Trucks"
- Click on button to create new truck
- Mandatory values are displayed in bold red with asterisk icon « * » (validation button is disabled until all mandatory values are informed)
- Updated values are displayed in bold blue
- Corresponding icons (new data, mandatory value, …) are displayed in the grid
- Click on button to validate truck creation (or button to cancel)
Define trucks availibility (calendars)
You can define your fleet availibilty manually in Axiodis or import your fleet from an Excel file.
Import trucks calendars with an Excel file
N° | Step | Details |
---|---|---|
1 | Download the excel file "TrucksCalendars.xls" | |
2 | Inform the file with data with :
| |
3 | Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Resources / Trucks" | |
4 | Click on button to import data, then choose the file to import ("TrucksCalendars.xls" ) and refresh the screen if necessary with the button to check data imported |
Manual definition of trucks availability
- Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Resources / Trucks"
- Click on tab "Calendars"
- Choose the display mode for the calendar (week or month)
- Click on button
- Click on button to validate (or button to cancel)
Check vehicle typologies
- Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Resources / Vehicle typologies"
- Check attributes and constraints for vehicle typologies: capacities, sizes, characteristics, ...
Check transport regulation
- Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Resources / Legslisation profiles"
- Check attributes and constraints for transport regulation: driving time, working time, ...
Import your orders and clients
Import your orders and clients
N° | Step | Details |
---|---|---|
1 | Download the excel file "21 - Import ORDERS + SITES.xlsm" | |
2 | Inform the file with data about your orders (ID, Quantities, ...) and logistic sites (ID, address, ...) | |
3 | Use the option "Export CSV" to generate the corresponding file | |
4 | Go to the "Planning" module and open perspective "Transport Operations" in the menu "Perspectives" | |
5 | Click on button to import orders, then choose the file to import ("XX - Import Orders+ Sites.csv" ) and refresh the screen if necessary with the button to check data imported | |
6 | You can check if import process worked fine by opening "Events logs" view with menu "Perspectives / Windows / Others" and choose "Events logs" in folder "Others". According to level status value :

How to schedule and optimize routes ?
This part describe how to schedule and optimize routes :
- Global calcuation to build your transport plan automatically
- Interactive and manual actions to create and adjust routes
Global calculation
N° | Step | Details |
---|---|---|
1 | Go to the "Planning" module and open perspective "Planning management" in the menu "Perspectives" | |
2 | In "Routes" view, click on button and select option "Execute route optimization calculation" | |
3 | Select options for the calculation :
Then click OK to launch the calculation | |
4 | Once the calculation is done, check routes created by the system using for instance :
