This page describes how to use Axiodis Lite version

...

  • Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla firefox, ...)
  • Launch Axiodis Lite with the the dedicated url (ex : http://AxiodisLite.com)
  • In the webportal displayed, authenticate in Axiodis by informing inputing your login and password (see with your administrator or contact Maplink if necessary)

  • Then click to the menu "Data and constraints" to access to the data management

Inform the file with data about your trucks (ID, ...) and vehicle typologies (capacity, size, ...)

Manual definition of trucks & and vehicle typologies










  1. Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources Resources / Trucks"
  2. Click on button  to create new truck
  3. Mandatory values are displayed in bold red with asterik asterisk icon « * » (validation button is disabled until all mandatory values are informed)
  4. Updated values are displayed in bold blue
  5. Corresponding icons (new data, mandatory value, …) are displayed in the grid
  6. Click on button  to validate truck creation (or button  to cancel)

You can define your fleet availibilty manually in Axiodis or import your fleet with from an Excel file.


Import trucks calendars with an Excel file

Inform the file with data with :

  1. Date of the beginning of the week (monday)
  2. Time windows for trucks availibility

3Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources Resources / Trucks"
4Click on button  to import data, then choose the file to import ("TrucksCalendars.xls" ) and refresh the screen if necessary with the button  to check data imported

  1. Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources Resources / Trucks"
  2. Click on tab "Calendars"
  3. Choose the display mode for the calendar (week or month)
  4. Click on button  or double click on the calendar to create a new time window for truck availabilty (more details can be defined in the time window with option "Details")
  5. Click on button  to validate (or button  to cancel)

  • Check attributes and constraints for vehicle typologies: capacities, sizes, characteristics, ...

4Go to the "Planning" module and open perspective "Transport Operations" in the menu "Perspectives"

Click on button  to import orders, then choose the file to import ("XX - Import Orders+ Sites.csv" ) and refresh the screen if necessary with the button  to check data imported

You can check if import process worked fine by opening "Events logs" view with menu "Perspectives / Windows / Others" and choose "Events logs" in folder "Others".

According to level status value :

  • Information : Import process was done normally without any warning or errors
  • Warning : Import process was done but with some warning (double click on the line to have more details or contact your administrator or Maplink)
  • Error : Import process was not done because of some errors during the process (double click on the line to have more details or contact your administrator or Maplink)

Global calculation

1Go to the "Planning" module and open perspective "Planning management" in the menu "Perspectives"

In "Routes" view, click on button Image Added and select option "Execute route optimization calculation"

Select options for the calculation :

  1. Routes optimization profile (if several profiles are defined in the system)
  2. Option about potential existing routes on the same calculation horizon (remove them, keep them, ...)
  3. Define the calculation horizon
  4. Define eventually filters on data to submit to the calculation (orders, trucks)

Then click OK to launch the calculation

Once the calculation is done, check routes created by the system using for instance :

  1. Routes view : list of routes
  2. Sequences view : routes details with different sequences and activities (delivery, driving, ...)
  3. Map view
  4. Transport indicators view : routes KPI and indicators (globally on transport plan, routes selection, ...)
  5. Other views available (contact Maplink support for further informations)
