Import trucks and vehicle typologies with a CSV file

1	Download the excel file "XX - Import Trucks + Typologies.xlsm"	TODO UPLOAD FILE
2	Inform the file with data about your trucks (ID, ...) and vehicle typologies (capacity, size, ...)	TODO PRINT SCREEN
3	Use the option "Export CSV" to generate the correspondind file	Image Modified
4	Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources / Trucks"	Image Modified
5	Click on button Image Modified to import data, then choose the file to import ("XX - Import Trucks + Typologies.csv" ) and refresh the screen if necessary with the button Image Modified to check data imported	Image Modified

Define trucks availibility (calendars)

You can define your fleet availibilty manually in Axiodis or import your fleet with an Excel file.

Manual definition of trucks availability

Image Added

Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources / Trucks"
Click on tab "Calendars"
Choose the display mode for the calendar (week or month)
Click on button Image Added or double click on the calendar to create a new time window for truck availabilty (more details can be defined in the time window with option "Details")
Click on button Image Added to validate (or button Image Added to cancel)

Check vehicle typologies

Go to the "Data and Constraints" module and menu "Transport Ressources / Vehicle typologies"
Check attributes and constraints for vehicle typologies : capacities, sizes, characteristics, ...
