This page describes an overview of reports features in Axiodis (Reporting & BI, Monitoring, operational reports, ...) and corresponding key points.
Axiodis Overview
Axiodis is able to provide different ways of reports :
- Operational reports :
- Based on the operational database (1), Axiodis provide some reports (3) used during and necessary for the operational "modus operandi" as for instance :
- Print or preview reports linked with warehouse activity: loading plan, preparation plan, ...
- Print or preview reports linked with drivers activity (as for instance sending routes to start for drivers, ...): Roadmap ("Feuille de route")
- ...
- Axiodis Modules : Planning, Execution management
- Based on the operational database (1), Axiodis provide some reports (3) used during and necessary for the operational "modus operandi" as for instance :
- Logistics indicators :
- Based on the operational database (1), Axiodis provide many logistics indicators (2) used during and necessary for the operational "modus operandi" as for instance
- Analyze results and quality solutions proposed by the system
- Having metrics on current activity (# sites, # operations, distance, time, quantities, ratios, ...)
- ...
- Those indicators can be provided for :
- The current solution (with gaps compared to the previous and reference solution)
- The previous solution
- A reference solution

- Based on the operational database (1), Axiodis provide many logistics indicators (2) used during and necessary for the operational "modus operandi" as for instance
- Real-time dashboards (Monitoring functionality) :
- Based on the operational database (1), Axiodis provide a cockpit/dashboard (4) with real-time information about the current logistics activity linked with mobility system as for instance :
- Number of routes in progress
- Number of deliveries done, canceled, ...
- Service level
- Transport operation status monitoring

- Based on the operational database (1), Axiodis provide a cockpit/dashboard (4) with real-time information about the current logistics activity linked with mobility system as for instance :

- Based on the data warehouse database (6), Axiodis provide statistics reports (7) to give for customers and users elements to help them to analyze their logistics activity as for instance :
- Logistics KPI on routes, resources, ...

- Standard reports are proposed by default by Axiodis (click here for further details) but specific or customized reports can be built by final users (click here for further details)
- Data warehouse database (6) is automatically consolidated from Operational database (1) by MIA streams (5) :
- Standard MIA streams to consolidate general data (logistics sites, resources, ...) and routes data (distances, times, quantities, ...)
- Specific or customized MIA streams can also be added in order to answer to specific requests and needs

- Based on the data warehouse database (6), Axiodis provide statistics reports (7) to give for customers and users elements to help them to analyze their logistics activity as for instance :
Axiodis data warehouse (6) can of course also be used directly by final customers as for instance :
- When customers want to consolidate data from all systems and implement solutions (logistics, invoicing, ...) in only one own data warehouse (8) for the customer, in this case, Axiodis data warehouse (6) become an additional source of consolidation for own customer data warehouse
- When customers already have a BI solution / Tool (9) and want to plug it directly on Axiodis data warehouse (6)
