This page describes how to use Logistics validation feature in Axiodis and corresponding key points.
Goals
Logistics validation feature is proposed to help users to control and validate logistics execution for routes in order to identify quickly abnormality or issues during or after routes execution.
A set of logistics indicators about routes execution (distances, time, quantities, ...) is proposed to calculate automatically gaps between planned picture of the route and real picture of the route.
Customization is available in the system (colors according to gaps interval, ...) to hightligh main key indicators to display in the cockpit grids for the final user.
Those options are useful to help users to check and validate the logistics closure of routes.
Administration
Logistics validation parameters are available in "Administration" module, "Execution Management / Logistics validation " screen :
Customization is possible by logistics area so the screen load all logistics areas defined in the system.
Reference logistics status for planned : This option allows to define which logistic picture of routes has to be considered by the system to calculate logistics indicators gaps between the last picture known (for instance, "In progress", "Returned", ...).
Gaps indicators on routes : This grid allows to customize intervals gaps and corresponding colors for each logistics criterion proposed in the grid:
- Adding an interval gap is possible with option and then define min value, max value and corresponding value
- Deleting an interval gap is possible with option
- Logistics indicators available for routes are :
Indicator | Description |
---|---|
Number of added sequences | Number of sequences added in the real route (last logistics picture known) compared to the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Number of deleted sequences | Number of sequences deleted in the real route (last logistics picture known) compared to the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned distance | Distance gap between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned duration | Duration gap between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned number of operations | Number of operations gap between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned volume | Volume gap between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned weight | Weight gap between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Route order not respected | Difference in the route order between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture). Display number of differences. |
Gaps indicators on sequences :
- Logistics indicators available for sequences are :

Realized vs planned duration | Duration gap between the real sequence (last logistics picture known) and the planned sequence (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned number of operations | Number of operations gap between the real sequence (last logistics picture known) and the planned sequence (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned volume | Volume gap between the real sequence (last logistics picture known) and the planned sequence (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned weight | Weight gap between the real sequence (last logistics picture known) and the planned sequence (planned logistics picture) |
