This document describes how to handle active / inactive data in Axiodis grids especially for the data and constraints module.
Option to display records
- Option to display records
- All : display all records (active and inactive)
- Active records : display only active records (default option)
- Inactive records : display only inactive records (inactive records = deleted data)
- Inactive records are displayed in grey italic (read-only)
How to delete data ?
- Select data to delete in the grid (1 or several lines)
- Click on button
to delete data - Corresponding icon (deleted line) is displayed in the grid
- Click on button
to validate data deletion (or button 
to cancel data deletion)
Notes
- Warnings can be displayed for the user if some relations betweens objects are detected by the system (ex : delete a site which have a reference with a group site)
- System only apply a logical deletion on data so they can be display and reactivate if necessary (see "Active / Inacti ve documentation for further details)
How to update data ?
- Select data to update in the grid (1 or several lines)
- Common values are displayed in a white background with value
- Different values are displayed in a yellow background without value
- Updated values are displayed in bold blue
- Corresponding icon (updated line) is displayed in the grid
- Click on button to validate data updates (or button to cancel data updates)
