This page describes how to use Documents management features in Axiodis and corresponding key points.
Goals
Documents management are proposed in the execution management module to be able to manage documents to exchange between Axiodis back-office and Axiomobil :
- Sending automatically documents from Axiodis to Axiomobil (ex: administrative document to deliveries/collections a site)
- Receiving automatically documents from Axiomobil to Axiodis (ex: pictures about deliveries/collections on a site)
- Display documents in the execution module
- ...
Data and constraints
Documents can be predefined on logistics sites in the "Data and Constraints" module, "Logistics sites" screen :
On tab "Documents", it is possible to define on logistics sites a set of documents, for instance, administrative documents necessary or mandatory for the driver to realize the route and deliver/collect specific sites.
Those documents will be automatically linked to the sequence of the route for corresponding logistics sites to deliver or collect.

Cockpits display
Documents options are available in different cockpits (planning, execution management) by displaying view "Routes management / Documents" in the menu "Perspectives / Windows" :

Documents can be linked globally to the route or can be linked to a specific sequence (for instance with pictures for proof of delivery, damages linked to specific deliveries, ...).
