This page describes how to use Geolocation & Tracking features in Axiodis and corresponding key points.
Goals
Geolocation & Tracking features are proposed in the execution management module to track and trace in real time routes execution and resources activity :
- Tracking = Routes itineraries (in real time or not according to needs)
- Geocolocation : Resources position (drivers, trucks, ...) in real time
Geolocation & Tracking options are linkek with Axiomobil (mobility solution) but can be also linked with 3rd mobility systems.
Administration
Geolocation & Tracking parameters are available in "Administration" module, "Mobility / Use profiles " screen :
Tracking : Following options and parameters are available about Tracking feature

| Tracking mode | Define expected mode of tracking :

| Recording frecuency | Frecuency to save tracking records (default value : 2 seconds) |
| Backoffice sending frequency | Frecuency to send tracking records to backoffice (default value : 1 minute) |
| Ignore the points beyond | Parameter to define records to ignore wrong data from a certain speed (default value : 180 km/h) |
| Threshold stop speed | Parameter to define threshold stop speed to consider records as a stop (default value : 2 km/h) |
| Ignore stops lower than | Parameter to ignore a set of records as stops if duration is lower than a certain value (default value : 30 seconds) |
| Ignore driving times lower than | Parameter to ignore a set of records as driving times if distance is lower than a certain value (default value : 100 meters) |
| Identifying signal absences beyond | Parameter to identify records signal absences from beyond a certain time (default value : 60 seconds) |
Geocolocation : Following options and parameters are available about Geolocation feature

Note : Geolocation parameters are available only for "No tracking" and "End of route" tracking mode value (automatically managed for "Real time" tracking mode value).

Routes tracking can be displayed in the map with the corresponding option below :

Resources Geolocation
Resources geocolocation can be displayed in the map with the corresponding options below :
- None : None resource is displayed on the map
- Selected resources : only resources selected in the resources grid are displayed on the map
- Selected routes resources : only resources from routes selected in the routes grid are displayed on the map
- All : All ressources are displayed on the map

Tracking view
This screen display tracking activity and help the user to analyze better routes execution in real time or delayed by displaying all waypoints (longitude, latitude) recorded and tracked from the device with following information :
- Begining date/hour for the waypoint
- End date/hour for the waypoint
- Tracking activity (stop, driving, error)
- Distance from the previous waypoint
- Cumulative Distance
- Speed from the previous waypoint
- Activity time from the previous waypoint
- Cumulative time stop
- Cumulative time driving
- Cumulative time
- Latitude begin from the previous activity (in a grouping mode display)
- Longitude begin from the previous activity (in a grouping mode display)
- Latitude end from the previous activity (in a grouping mode display)
- Longitude end from the previous activity (in a grouping mode display)
- Logistic site (for a stop activity)
- Activity (Axiodis activity as delivery or collection for a stop activity)
- Detail (additional information for the waypoint)
An option is available in displays profiles to display tracking activity with a grouping option or not :
- None: the grid display all waypoints (longitude, latitude) recorded and tracked from the device without any grouping
- Group by activity: the grid display all waypoints (longitude, latitude) recorded and tracked from the device but grouped by activity: stop (delivery or collection) or driving activity (and based on an automatic algorithm to identify stop or driving activity)
