This page describes how to use Logistics validation & Business controls features in Axiodis and corresponding key points.
...
Logistics validation and Business controls features are proposed to help users to control and validate the logistics execution for of the routes in order to identify quickly abnormality or issues during or after routes execution.
A set of logistics indicators about routes execution (distances, time, quantities, ...) is proposed to calculate automatically gaps between the planned picture snapshot of the route and real picture snapshot of the route.
Customization is available in the system (colors according to gaps interval, ...) to hightligh highlight the main key indicators to display in the cockpit grids for the final user.
Business controls can be applied and displayed to check if all required data and informations information are correct and/of or fulfilled.
Those options are useful to help users to check and validate the logistics closure of routes.
...
Reference logistics status for planned : This option allows to define defining which logistic picture of routes has to be considered by the system to calculate logistics indicators gaps between the last picture known (for instance, "In progress", "Returned", ...).
...
Gaps indicators on routes : This grid allows to customize intervals of gaps and corresponding colors for each logistics criterion proposed in the grid:
- Adding an interval gap is possible with option , and the corresponding value and then define min value, max value
- Deleting an interval gap is possible with the option
- Logistics indicators available for routes are :
Indicator | Description |
---|---|
Number of added sequences | Number of sequences added in the real route (last logistics picture known) compared to the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Number of deleted sequences | Number of sequences deleted in the real route (last logistics picture known) compared to the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned distance | Distance gap between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned duration | Duration gap between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned number of operations | Number of operations gap between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned volume | Volume gap between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned weight | Weight gap between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture) |
Route order not respected | Difference in the route order between the real route (last logistics picture known) and the planned route (planned logistics picture). Display number of differences. |
Gaps indicators on sequences : Idem than routes indicators
- Logistics indicators available for sequences are :
Indicator | Description |
---|---|
Realized vs planned duration | Duration gap between the real sequence (last logistics picture known) and the planned sequence (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned number of operations | Number of operations gap between the real sequence (last logistics picture known) and the planned sequence (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned volume | Volume gap between the real sequence (last logistics picture known) and the planned sequence (planned logistics picture) |
Realized vs planned weight | Weight gap between the real sequence (last logistics picture known) and the planned sequence (planned logistics picture) |
Added / Removed | Indicator to precise if a sequence |
has been added or deleted in the real route (last logistics picture known) compared the planned route (planned logistics picture) Note : Intervals gaps can't be defined for this indicator |

Logistics indicators
Logistics indicators on routes and sequences can be displayed then in the Execution module by selected selecting corresponding columns in displays management option :
...
Example on sequences grid with indicators "Added / Removed" :
Business controls
A dedicated view "Business controls" can be displayed (Menu "Perspectives / Windows / Others", "Others" theme) to show all business controls which doesn't respect business rules and need to be checked and validated by the user :
To be able to "close" the route at logistics status, all controls not respected have to be solved by the user (ex: correct data) or can be validated manually by the user (see dedicated option and column) :
Note : Business controls can depend on the market and activity. Contact Maplink France for further
