This page describes how to use Documents management features in Axiodis and corresponding key points.

Documents management are proposed in the execution management module to be able to manage documents to exchange between Axiodis backoffice and Axiomobil back-office and mobility app. :
- Sending automatically documents from Axiodis to Axiomobil to mobility app. (ex: administrative document to deliver to deliveries/ collect collections a site)
- Receiving automatically documents from Axiomobil from mobility app. to Axiodis (ex: pictures about deliveries/collections on a site)
- Display documents in the execution module
- ...

Documents can be predefined on logistics sites in the "Data and Constraints" module, "Logistics sites" screen :
On tab "Documents", it is possible to define on logistics sites a set of documents, for instance, administrative documents necessary or mandatory for the driver to realize the route and deliver/collect specific sites.
