Documents features management are proposed in the execution management module to be able to manage documents to exchanges exchange between Axiodis backoffice and Axiomobil back-office and mobility app. :
- Sending automatically documents from Axiodis to Axiomobil to mobility app. (ex: administrative document to deliver to deliveries/ collect collections a site)
- Receiving automatically documents from Axiomobil from mobility app. to Axiodis (ex: pictures about deliveries/collections on a site)
- Display documents in the execution module

Documents can be predefined on logistics sites in the "Data and Constraints" module, "Logistics sites" screen :
On tab "Documents", it is possible to define on logistics sites a set of documents, for instance, administrative documents necessary or mandatory for the driver to realize the route and deliver/collect specific sites.
