Documents management are proposed in the execution management module to be able to manage documents to exchange between Axiodis back-office and Axiomobil mobility app. :
- Sending automatically documents from Axiodis to Axiomobil to mobility app. (ex: administrative document to deliveries/collections a site)
- Receiving automatically documents from Axiomobil from mobility app. to Axiodis (ex: pictures about deliveries/collections on a site)
- Display documents in the execution module

Documents can be linked globally to the route or can be linked to a specific sequence (for instance with pictures for proof of delivery, damages linked to specific deliveries, ...). |
