  1. Option to Image Added to display records in grids :

    Image Added
    		AllDisplay all records (active and inactive)
    Image Added
    		Active records
    : display
    Display only active records (default option)
    Image Added
    		Inactive records
    : display

    Display only inactive records (inactive records = deleted data)


  2. Inactive records are displayed in grey italic (read-only)

  1. Option Image Added is available to reactive inactive records (1 or several lines )
  2. Click on button Image Removed to delete data
  3. Corresponding icon (deleted line) is displayed in the grid
  4. Click on button Image Removed to validate data deletion (or button Image Removed to cancel data deletion)

  • Warnings can be displayed for the user if some relations betweens objects are detected by the system (ex : delete a site which have a reference with a group site)
  • System only apply a logical deletion on data so they can be display and reactivate if necessary (see "Active / Inacti ve documentation for further details)

How to update data ?

Image Removed

  1. Select data to update in the grid (1 or several lines)
  2. Common values are displayed in a white background with value
  3. Different values are displayed in a yellow background without value
  4. Updated values are displayed in bold blue
  5. Corresponding icon (updated line) to select)
  6. Corresponding icon Image Added is displayed in the grid
  7. Click on button on button Image Modified to validate reactive data updates (or button Image Modified to cancel data updatesreactivation)
