Provide interactive action on Gantt using Horizontal Drag & Drop

Modify the beginning date time of a route

The user has now the ability to modify the beginning date time of a specific route, directly from the Gantt view:

Select the route you want to modify, and then left click on the point on the vertical line of the beginning of the route

Keep the left mouse button down, and move the mouse to the target beginning date time (move right or left only)

Release the left mouse button, and then the system evaluates the route considering this new beginning date time of the route

Modify the route's number of a route

The user has now the ability to modify the route's number of a specific route, directly from the Gantt view. Two use cases:

Case 1: Move a route to its right number on the same planned truck and time window

Keep the left mouse button down and move the mouse to the target route's number (see the vertical line)

Release the left mouse button, and then the system evaluates all the routes for this only planned truck and time window, considering this new route's order

Case 2: Move a route to its right number on another planner truck and time window

Select the route you want to move, and then left click on it
Keep the left mouse button down and move the mouse to the target route's number (see the vertical line)
Release the left mouse button, and then the system evaluates all the routes for the origin planned truck and time window (only if it remains at least one) and all the routes for the target planned truck and time-window,
